Re: 'An internal error occurred'

I've tryed all but it's not working. The problem started when i've updated the software system of my PS4 to version 3.11

    @LelloRS1994,

    One more thing you could try is resetting your console settings to default:

    Select [Initialization] > [Restore Default Settings], and then follow the screens.

    In the meantime, I will look out for other reports on this matter.

    I am glad to hear that you found the solution. Would you mind sharing it with us? I have seen other users still running into the same issue, would love to know how to solve it for them as well.. :-)

    The problem was the DNS. I've changed the DNS in 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 in my PS4 connection option
