Hola me gustaria saber si existe incompatibilidad entre una version fisica y una digital de need for speed shifth 2 para jugar online con otros jugadores.

As for your question, there is no problem with the compatibility of physical and digital copy to play online.
For example - If your friend in Australia has a disc version and you in Spain own a digital copy, both can meet online and play. Of course, we're talking about the same game platforms, right. Beside this the game and its DLC are not regionally locked.
