To the EA. Why are you selling a game you know has had a detrimental issue for months?

If we had an option to manually save the game, with different save slots similar to GTA V, we could go back to our older save and stop this from happening. It’s not that complex EA

you can back it up manually on pc, but the online check means EA only sees one version and if your ends up unsychcronised (they mess up on their end) you have to do tricks to get ea's copy synced 

(this was NOT an issue in payback where you could just run whatever save you wanted)

When I got my first major sync error (40010000), loading in an old save that was working didn't help because EA's copy was already pass that

I kept all my money, cars, and progress by loading the latest save, ignoring the sync error, go solo, sold some spare stuff and tried to go online again (but it's probably hit and miss whether you'll still lose stuff)

Yup, so it told me the server was shutting down and it did 10 minutes later while I was in the garage working on my car. It kicked me out and I restarted my game, came back in with no money and lost almost all my cars. If I don't get my things returned, I'm done with the game and there will be no more NFS for me anymore. This is ridiculous. We don't pay $60+ for bugs like these.

Same problem here, all cars and money have gone, 18 fully maxed ultimate + cars, 250k just dissapeared. Character is also changed for some reason. IGN-Exonerous    PS4

Will not be playing this game anymore until this game is sorted.

Yup, my character changed as well.

I think we all need to make a pledge not to buy anymore EA games unless they assure us that we can progress in their games without our data being corrupted or whatever tf is happening. They don’t seem to have a clue over a month later. I doubt it’s high in their priorities 

Yeah their priority is fifa i guess 🤷🏻‍♂️. EA just remember isn't my connection it is something on your server you guys should have something to save our progress like 2k sports  online 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Fucky buyed a broken nfs heat deluxe game cash in the trash
