They said yes controller customize option is available in NFS Heat. But the real question is: How do we do that? Cuz I'm not gonna remember it once NFS Heat release

and there's more.. if you try to play with manual gearbox, it's a total mess because SHIFT DOWN (LB) is also used to BRIBE THE COPS..

so you're in the middle of a cop chase, you shift down and the game takes 10k of your money to bribe the cops to not chase you anymore (which is the whole point of the game!)

RIDICULOUS.. just lost 60K in one night figuring this out.. "why are the cops quitting the chase all the time?" .. until I notice the LB thing.. I couldn't believe my eyes.. REALLY?

the guy that worked on the controller setup should be fired and BLACKLISTED from working in any game dev company for life..

I am a loyal Forza player, and was sincerely excited about this game, I enjoyed my first 7 levels and almost thought that for once NFS could be worth playing.. until this key binding idiotic mess kicked in to break the game and totally ruin the experience for me.. there's no way I can play with auto gearbox so I'll have to quit the game.. THIS IS SO BAD

my copy is already arrived, they didnt allow us to change the controls, too bad.

I mean it’s playable but I sometimes struggle because of my disability. The game is great though.

Wow, I haven’t been on since I posted a few weeks ago and I thought I’d see what’s going on before I buy this game. . . Looks like another NFS that I won’t buy!!! It seems like since NFS Carbon, they haven’t produced a game I would buy due to the unbelievable fact that I can’t customize the controls, and I just want the classic control settings,the ones we all grew up with since the first driving games! It just amazes me that they don’t offer it and that there is no intent to fix it! It’s like a big slap in the face or middle finger to those of us who enjoy playing a certain way or to those with disabilities who need to customize the controller to better enjoy the game, and after all, isn’t that the point? To enjoy a game and get lost in the world of it? The answer is YES, since you’ve forgotten, it’s impossible to do so if you can’t get past the settings of the game, the lack of control takes over and you can’t get lost in anything but frustration!!

Well they didn't add this and I'm taking the game back because the controls suck

@EA_Ataashi @EA_Andy Do yo know if EA/Ghost are going to consider add either of these (custom controllers/ wheel support) at a later date or are we all just wasting our time expecting someone to actually care what the customers would like to see in a game?

Those settings had to be from the start and not after 2 or more patches, the detail makes the difference. I feel like i waste my money for an other rivals.
