Sometimes, especially with Windows 10, secondary installers can get skipped during the setting up of a game. Please manually run the following installers and let us know if that helps.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64.exe
