From what I could find out about your system, the graphic chip included is unfortunately not sufficient to run the game, based upon the minimum system requirements: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/buy/nfs-rivals-2014-/pc-download/base-game/complete-edition

Your DxDiag shows a Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i3), based upon your CPU this is also referred to as Intel HD (Westmere), the first generation of the Intel HD Graphics chips.

That said, I would suggest that you update the drivers none the less, it never hurts to try and a game might still run (albeit likely unsatisfactory).

You can find drivers for your graphics chip here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

They might also show up as optional downloads for Windows Update, you can configure those as explained here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows-10/getstarted-choose-how-updates-are-installed

This sadly also won't be able to run Rivals.

Please right click and run the following files as an Administrator:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update1\redist\vcredist_x64.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update1\redist\vcredist_x86.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe

Also, try running with a Windows User Account that has Administrative Privileges and also run the game as an Admin.
