Two places:  When you first load the game you should see it in lower left corner.  You can also sign in through settings (gears in menu at top left).

In GAME OPTIONS it should right next to ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS in lower left corner.

On main screen you should a green button in lower left corner that says SIGN IN just below a message saying ALREADY RACING.  This is when you first connect to the server.  For me it pops up every time I power off the screen and power it back on.
