If you are unable to use certain functions in this game, usually it means your connection isn't able to reach a specific part of our servers used for that function. To fix that, please take a look at the following article:

If that doesn't work, please also take into account that if you have lots of cars edited, that it might take a while to reach the server. Letting us know how many or which cars you edited would help us look into this.
