Try the following steps please:

1. Disable the Origin in-game overlay (IGO). To do this, launch the Origin client. Then go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, Origin In Game, and then uncheck "Enable Origin In Game."
2. Update the game.
3. Repair the game install.
4. Check Windows compatibility with the game.
5. Perform a clean boot.
6. Run the game as admin
