We’re sorry to hear you’ve encountered this issue.

 

If you are experiencing eroors with your code such as "the code is no longer valid" we recommend to double check the numbers and letters. 
As an example the number zero "0" can be confused with the letter "o" or the letter "S" with the number "5". 

Have a look on your code and please try to see if there is such letter or number like those ones.

 

Also; if you would like to use your serial key in the Origin client  to create a digital copy of the game, you can.

    Good day
    I had to reformat my PC and now must reload all games. But now I get the Need for speed the message that the code was already used.
    've Logged in orgin but also because I'm stuck.

    If you have redeemed your code via Origin you should be able to re-download your game. The game should be located on your library and if you right-click on the image you will see the download option.
