Thanks for your clarification. This really helps me understand your issue better.

From what you've now told me it seems that there is an issue with your Origin installation. Or, certain programs on your system are blocking its full functionality. Can you please check the following:

• Manually uninstall Origin
• Run your system in a clean boot
• Make sure that you either temporarily uninstall or disable any anti-virus, anti-malware or firewall programs on your system
• While in the clean boot and your security programs disabled, install Origin again as administrator
• Please also reply to this thread with a dxdiag
