Hey @EA_Darko thanks for the reply. I’ve already tried that 3 times, the problem persists.

It keeps persists no matter if the game is saved on console's memory or sd card. Already sent message to both Nintendo and EA. EA replied and actually tried to help but Nintendo is totally ignoring me.

Do you have any other ideas?

Hey @EA_Darko  managed to get in touch with Nintendo and was able do partially resolve the issue. Talking to Nintendo I was asked to change to a different user on Switch and try to play the game, surprisingly it worked. For a unknown reason there is a problem between the game and my main user. It’s already under investigation. But thankfully now I can enjoy the game 

Was this issue resolved for you yet? I'm having issues where my kids 10 years old get an Autolog error not being able to connect online. I also had to whitelist the game in parental controls or else the game got stuck in a loop saying current parental controls didn't allow it when just trying to change display settings. You could not go back or break the loop you actually had to kill the game and start it over. Looks like this game is full of bugs. Currently I escalated the issue with Nintendo about my 10 year old's not being able to connect online for a game that is labeled for Everyone 10+.
