@EA_Barry the steps you shared don't work. I've tried it a couple of times and even chatted with the ea support which was not very helpful either. I even uninstalled the game and re-purchased it but still doesn't work. So kindly give a valid solution to the problem and don't mark it solved until it IS solved!
