I am currently able to log in to both the network web site, and I am able to log into the NFS network website.  Thank you!!

*Update* I have verified on Edge and Chrome on Win10, and the iOS NFS Network app.  All are working for me now.

It's working like a charm. Can't test on the app unfortunately, but on Win10 it certainly does work, both in Chrome and Edge.

Avatar changing, map navigation and Overwatch also fully functional. Didn't even have to clear my cache.

@Straatford87, I don't know if is that way (I bought the game already with error 500), but it's not connecting with game in real time via Android app or website, even with the game running on PC anda the Origin overlay activated. Appears always "Connecting to console..." then "PC: Not connected". Besides that, all functions, like change avatar and Overwatch, are working.

I can confirm that both website (Win10, Google Chrome) and App (Android) are working, I can change my Avatar, too.

It is really nice to see that games and features like this are not "left for dead". I want to thank you for working on this issue, as much as other (possible) support member who helped resolve the issue. Please forward my thanks to them aswell.

[EDIT]: Well, the App is not working perfectly: upon logging in it says that "new autolog data could not be loaded. The last know data is now loaded. Some data is missing". Also, it is not "connected to console" (lower left corner), thus making it impossible to interact with other players. It is still possible to start and complete Overwatch missions, so it is not a big issue to me. Just wanted to add it, in case you needed feedback on the app.

If both of you are playing on Android - depending on the version of Android and your mobile device, it might not work for you. Otherwise, the website IOS and the remaining Android versions should be fully available.

Do let met know if you have any remaining questions.

Then my LG G4 with Android 6.0 is not compatible? Well, good to know. Thanks @Straatford87 for clarify this matter, at least the rest of the features is in order.

Actually... it's working only via the web browser... the Android app is still... messy... it does not find the game I am in or any match/player, the overview and navigator modes are not availaber and the career stats are all wrong... Please take a look at the ANDROID app!

Hi, I have this problem "error 500" and it was after I started playing NFS on PS3. It is not in the browser and the application... Because in my browser and app on Android OS - it works on the other account. Please solve my problem.

Just disconsider the ´not connected´ warning.

It looks like you can run  the missions on overwatch without being connected on PS4. that makes the purpose of that side software totally uselless (LOL) once you don´t have sync with the game.

Just login on OW and start the timed missions and claim for the rewards after the time is up. I am in rank 4 now but unfortunally I still haven´t pop the challenge wich unlocks the masserati.

I am not sure about other features you may want it. just let us know about it. I am only looking forward to unlock the exclusive content only - cars and liveries.

BTW I didn´t have any problems login in on website or on android app. It´s all working.

I use Origin for Windows PC to play the game. I don't know about consoles, but the NFS Network, when accessed via Firefox and Internet Explorer, is FULLY FUNCTIONAL. My problem is with the Android app available on Play Store today and its sync with the PC game and the Autolog data.
