Hey @AstralWrek To check are you trying to connect via your phone, or another device to the support site?
Also if you need assistance you can try reaching out to EA support at our help site or select the Support option in your screenshot and then the Missing Content option.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Need For Speed No Limits
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I want to check my order status
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
