@8L_W16 Someone described similar problem before. Have you tried closing the game and running it again? You should get an offer for 2 missing blueprints. Or you can upgrade the parts and race Supra Car Serie, I believe there are more than two Supra blueprints up for grabs.

OP should see "Sold Out" instead of "Maxed Out" in that case!
