I've moved your post to the correct section. So, did you try to reinstall driver for your graphics card or reinstall the game?  Also, please attach your DxDiag file.  And please tell me what you tried to solve your issue.

    Well,I try to Reinstall the game and delete all documents,checked all drivers that needs to be installed,please help.
