Apologies for the delay, we may be running into issues loading the game because your device only has the integrated UHD intel graphics.

We can try the following, and check if the message continues after. If so we may need to try and use a different device. 

1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
2. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
3. If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
4. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
5. Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.
