For PC versions, you should be able to redeem the code through the Origin Client.

Note that the activation code can be used up to five times and you will need to deauthorize a computer if the limit has been reached.
If you are experiencing issues with your code such as "the code is no longer valid" please double-check the numbers and letters.
As an example the number zero "0" can be confused with the letter "o" or the letter "S" with the number "5".
Have a look on your code and please try to see if there is such letter or number like those ones.
If this issue persists, you will need to contact a Game advisor with the code (On the help page, scroll down and click on 'I still need help.)
