Can someone please tell me (and the many others) when the Need for Speed Shift servers are coming back for xbox360 and ps3? I have been trying to play for at least 3 weeks now, but I always get, 'No server available at this time.' The game is not slated for server closure according to your site. I would not have spent $10 on DLC if I had known that i was not going to be able to play it online. Thanks and please help!

Does anyone know if EA personnel read this? I have the same problem, try to play online and it is not possible. I bought this game with a friend a week ago, thinking about playing online with him and it hasn' t been possible. Also, I was thinking about getting the DLC so I could get 100% of trophy completion, but if servers are down that would be impossible. I'm tired of this EA if you don't fix it I WON'T EVER BUY AN EA GAME AGAIN! I already changed FIFA for PES and if it is not fixed I will change Need for Speed for Gran Turismo FOR EVER. Please fix this because Need for Speed Shift it is not in the roster of closing servers.
EA PERSONNEL!!! WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT SO POOR!!!!??? I'VE BEEN CONTACTING YOUR CHAT SUPPORT CHANNEL IN ORDER TO REPORT THIS ISSUE 3 TIMES AND YOU DON'T FIX ANYTHING BECAUSE I NEED TO DO A LOT OF STEPS. I ALREADY TRIED EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR AND STILL NO FIX. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM RELATED TO YOUR SERVERS, OTHERWISE OTHER PLAYERS COULD CONNECT TO THE SERVERS WITH NO PROBLEM. I'M REALLY TIRED OF HAVING SO MUCH PROBLEMS WITH YOUR COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO CONTACT ACTIVISION SUPPORT, 2K GAMES SUPPORTO OR KONAMI SUPPORT AND WHEN I CONTACTED ROCKSTAR SUPPORT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT SO MANY PROCEDURE. THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT I EVER HAD, AND THE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR COMPANY STILL GROWING!!!
- I have tried to talk to an online specialist but they were experiencing heavy call volume and I received an automated message asking for my phone number to be contacted by a "specialist." I submitted my phone number and received another automated message saying I would be contacted within two hours. Guess what? No phone call. Couple days later I receive an email from EA asking if I was ever contacted. I said no and gave them my phone number again and was told I would be contacted within 19 minutes. Guess what? NO phone call again! Come on, EA! You are better than that!
Have tried 3 times to make EA understand I'm not the only gamer who is unable to connect to the servers, their answer: You have a problem with your router, there are other players who are able to connect, contact your ISP. I've tried with my internet home connection and with my 4G connection using my cellphone and still not possible to connect to the server. EA sucks!
