Was playing last night and started having issues with what i am guessing was anything requiring in game cash. Restarted game and when i get back into it all my cars except for the deluxe edition cars aswell as my parts and cash are all missing. Also, my character was reset. Talked to Evan on live chat and he said he couldn't verify my items so he can't return my stuff. Probably just going to cancel my origin access membership now i guess.... really don't feel like grinding back all that cash with stock cars.

Summarize your bug So after recently downloading the game upon its release on EA Access I booted it up for some racing action. After playing for just around 40 minutes I was in the garage ready to install my NOS kit. Upon doing this I managed to instead upgrade my crankshaft which is not even unlocked and now do not have enough money to install my NOS kit.

I have tried sadly it does not

Usually, uninstalling doesn't do anything for any game. Repair function either. This was a certain instance where I tried resetting the race I failed and it reset the race right after getting done with Anas first night race. It also reset the money I accrued from the race during the day cycle, and yet the game wanted me to head over to the shop for the No2 upgrade.

The main issue is the "tutorial" how it will not let you leave the garage/shop to make more money in the event something like this would happen. 

They can either make it so you can leave the tutorial missions, or just separate whatever caused the currency to disappear after restarting a race.

I didn't include this because it was a separate issue, but my overall progress wasn't saved after launching and closing the game because the ransomware protection controlled folder access was on. Turn that off or add the so the game files can save your user data; Windows security > Virus & threat protection > Ransomware protection > Controlled folder access - Off.

Or you can try to add the NFS Heat app by going to wherever its located and adding it. I just turned it off

I had a similar problem only it took away all of my money. I had around 1.3 million dollars

I played for about 10 hours yesterday and was working on leveling up and making money, then once I hit 50 I decided to go for ultimate parts and got about 7 of them and then it popped up that the server was shutting down, so I saved and shut of the game like I always do, but when I got back on this morning everything went right back to what it was yesterday morning so I lost all my progress that I worked on yesterday! But I still have the achievements showing that it was completed. 
Not only that, I have called you guys a ton of times to get this fixed it took 4 people to tell me that it showed the work that I did and it was a server bug. So here I am writing to you guys about my issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know. Try progressing through the game normally and cutting out the power and see if all progress is lost
What happens when the bug occurs? The power went out at around 3 PM. Then I logged back in to play at around 10 PM and noticed all of the money, rep, ultimate parts unlocked from heat level 3 races and all of the purchases and modifications done to my vehicles were lost. This is a strange issue since the game had automatically saved many times and I had been in and out of safehouses numerous times (also had lobby changes)
What do you expect to see? My stuff back. I value time and I feel like my time was wasted with this issue. Don’t expect me to spend 3 more hours to unlock and earn what I had already rightfully earned

Here is some evidence. The first picture is a screenshot taken from a clip I saved about an hour and a half before the outage. You can clearly see I have all ultimate parts except the exhaust (which I later earned, alongside all other ultimate parts). The other two pictures are screenshots of my game right now and I am missing all of the ultimate parts shown in the first one (they are locked), alongside all of the modifications done to my vehicles and money and crew rep earned.

Ive'I had the game since it came out ive tried restarting it and re downloading it and it still says I'm a level 2. I was a level 10 when it crashed and I lost all my progress. Is there any way I could get it back?

I am not sure what causes this, my internet connection is good, it saves progress and all... i close game and reopen it, reset computer, open the game again and it's fine... but on totally random times it deletes my saved progress and many hours on it of pure grind...
which means i literally need to start from a scratch and it puts me at the very beginning automatically... Is EA deleting server? It basically removes any money, RP, cars, anything i had...

it happneded twice now and im PISSSSSEEEEEDDDD

I have friends who own the game and it works fine for them and i dont understand how it is possible that this happens to me??? 

I am logged with the same account, one and only, also i put myself as online everytime i go lunch the game

SERVER problem? Any logs kept at EA? Recovery???

I lost my money, I was switching from car to car between drags with others in lobby and putting parts on but then i lost all of my millions i had and it would not let me put any parts on

My friend and I have different accounts on the same xbox, I switched from his account to mine earlier today when the xbox booted up and his account won't load now. When it loads it doesn't have his progress, it's mine, my garage, my everything. So is there anyway to get his progress back on his account?
