Re: NFS Heat Item Sync Error Code 40080000 [PS4]

I tried going online with 100k bank and when I logged in an error popped up and I now have 285 bank , It said "Item System Synchronization failed. Please contact customer support" would like it fixed and my cash back.

I managed to work around this problem with my mate. It first started when my game crashed (on ps4) and when I started it back up I got the same error message as you and it wouldn't let me play online. The way I got it to work was to simply recieve an invite from my mate who was already in game, however I don't know if this will work if you get invited to a main menu lobby. After joining him, the problem ceased.

Did it delete your already saved data? Please get back to me I've beaten the game and almost have all the collectibles. I cannot afford to lose my progress...

I bought the game on Sunday 12/8/19, and I've been getting this error code everyday.  I tried uninstalling and re-installing, and the same issue.  My playstation id is the primary id on this system.  Really blows that i can't play online with my daughter or buddies.  Ive owned previous ea titles, and never had this issue!!!

It's supposed to be fixed in today's patch, but I highly doubt anyone will get lost progress back.

@BelGyptian To clarify, just because it is still saying that your inventory doesn't match, doesn't mean they haven't fixed it. You have to hit yes and see if it actually syncs properly. The issue was that syncing was failing, causing lost data. They are trying to fix the failure, not the inventory not matching

Someone in the 1.5 update thread said that their Sync error was fixed by the patch. So it must've fixed part of it for some people I guess.

Uh excuse me i did and its not working i also went in offline did 2 races tried again not working ... i am going back 2 rockstar btw they also have problems but they solve them . I'm furious that my 79euro race game doesn't work properly i have a full crew and max lvl got the game on plat thx 2 me because i've had a little trick that would let me play online sometimes but now the trick doesn't even work . So i cn't get on so fix this asap

Im not even trying anymore i also followed all the instructions from your fellow colegue and it didn't work nothing does, i've reinstalled tried it all. .... oh btw  this problem started with me after the first 5 days
