Community AdminYou mention having a few systems, can you ensure you're logged out of your gamertag on all of them and try again? If you can get far enough in to disable cross-play, can you see if this has an impact? If it doesn't, when did this start for you?

I’m having a similar issue. I have two gamer tags on my ea account. When we both try to play need for speed it won’t let us. Even though it’s two different Xbox gamer tags.
We're dealing with the same issue. My brother and I have 2 different gamer tags. We both purchased the game for each our Xboxes, but does not allow us to play online together.
