I see that you're playing the PC version of Need for Speed.

The usual cause for issues with snapshots or wraps are connection based. These connection issues could be either on our side (in which case they are temporary), or on your own network. If the issue persists, then it is most likely caused by your network settings. Please check out the following guides to try and resolve this:

Most important:

• Allow Need for Speed in your anti-virus and firewall (you've already tried this, I saw.)
• Use a wired connection
