Same here. Luckily my favorite car, 'Cuda seems to be upgraded to 399, but consider Mustang and Camaro can be upgraded to 399, why not Challenger?? And why on earth can't Skyline reach 399 while Evo and RX7 can?? So the point is, that all players can clear the game and compete Online in ride whatever they want. The chance has to be equal for every cars
