i've noticed this happening as well, the reward would originally have been a blueprint, but if you've maxed blueprints for the specific car the system will then put in random parts that do change every so often
@Bomber9132 happened to me a lot of times. I feel your pain.

In general the rewards in carseries are mostly not good or come very late, but this is just bull****...
Please do something about it...
