Speedcross will be free ?

I guys, I just saw this video and I was asking to me if this new feature will be free for every players or only for Deluxe Edition owners? Anyone knows ? Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzADh...

    ***2nd EDIT, 22nd Dec***

    An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

    At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

i have the rx-7 but i have see lot of videos where people have the 2000 gr-r

It may well have sneaked into the dealership then, I haven't seen it, but then I haven't been looking for it 😉
