If you want you  can check your PSN ID is connected to your Origin account via Origin.com

There is no need to run the Origin client if you just need to check that information. (Same menu.)

In order to remove a Connected Account from your Origin Account, you have to contact a game advisor.  Contact Us page

Note that, when you speak to a Game Advisor for this issue, you’ll be asked a number of questions to assure account ownership.

If possible contact us via phone, or request a call back if the option is available to you.

    I have contacted a game advisor, had a really good and friendly experience and desired account is removed.

    Unfortunately, ingame problem persist, there is still UK flag!

    More sad, i have been told that this problem can't be solved.

    But i think that maybe there is way...

    In Fifa 11i had similar situation, UK flag in player HUB, i changed persona to my Cro acc and problem was solved.

    In Origin, there is only one account now and Country of Residence is - "Croatia (local name: Hrvatska)", but somethimes instead of Croatia, it is written on German, "Kroatien" - i think there i some kind of conflict...and that this problem can be fixed.

    My friends have Cro flag when looking on them with "select".
