Red lines mission impossible to complete despite winning

I finished it finally after countless attempts, i think u have to win closely like only 2 seconds before him not like 20 seconds like i did everytime but i got it so im happy

It still doesn't work. You need to get this fixed. 

Beat him with my S2000, 570S, Cayman GT4 and Nakai`s 911... and nothing...wtf

I play on ps5 the ps4 version and have the same issue
