Refund

I had just bought NFS heat and it was not what I was expecting, I have bought it 3 hours ago and when I go to return the game I am met by "We are unable to complete this part of your request"

I try to contact support and they are closed what do I do and will I be able to refund if it goes over the 24 hours because of this problem?

    Please read the link all the way through.

    Contact EA and give them the requested info on your product and order details.

    Wait up to 72 hours for a reply back and make sure you give them plenty of details to all concerning issues you have.

  • If you can't have a contact with them depending on your region you can make a complaint to your consumer protection institution.

    Don't bother reading EA's disgusting rules because: whenever and anywhere you want to sell a product as an institute you need to obey the laws and rules of that country. 

    Careful to understand your local laws... you can ask your parents for help too.
