Rented NFS Most Wanted PS3 through gamefly and i cant play the game Error Code B0001

i cant get past a screen that says "the email address or password you have entered is incorrect." i have not even seen a screen that allows me to log in to anything. as soon as the game boots up and says press start then this screen pops up after pressing start. its says press X to continue or press O to go back. when i press either of those buttons it returns to this screen. bad game? i dont know but if it was one that i had bought origin would definitely be hearing from me.
