I had same issue. I read previous posts and I think Smell_My_Rubber8 is right. I totally agree that is the account that having the issue. Please try an account that having no issue and try another account with issue on same device.

    it has to be the accounts otherwise, why some can access it and some don't? and when i've created a new account, i could access the site easy but of course it said that I don't have the game.
