It's been months since NFS network doesn't work, so if you devs can't fix the problem at least try to unlock everything that needs overwatch to be unlocked, i've paid a lot of money in this game (here in Brazil games are really expensive), and i really want to enjoy the full experience of the game.

I believe I may have found something...
My roommate purchased NFS: Rivals - Complete Edition and cannot access NFS Network, Overwatch, and cannot log in to the iPhone app.
I purchased the vanilla copy with no DLC included (I'm a cheapskate) and I was able to log in to NFS Network and Overwatch. Got to level 16 on Overwatch. Then the next day I am able to log in to NFS Network, and when I open Overwatch, no players show up on the map. I try to log in to the iPhone app, but it says they are experiencing technical difficulties. So I guess NFS Network is down?
Also, in Origin I can see when my roommate and friends are online. But I do not show any friends in NFS Network. Possibly because the NFS Network is having difficulties, I guess.
In short, I think the issue has something to do with the DLC, because it seems that the vanilla NFS: Rivals account holders can use NFS Network. If you have DLC, you may not be able to use NFS Network.
