[Resolved]No Rivals Visible on Overwatch

I do not show up on overwatch map and I don't see anyone else. Is there a fix or ever going to be one

Is there any way of restarting overwatch goals?

    I can't answer that, but I wonder if you are able to see other players on Overwatch? Since last Monday I haven't seen any player or myself online in Overwatch following an internet glitch that knocked me off line.
