Hello WonDoZz,
Support does not have the ability to return your progress. Make sure you are using the same account, nothing much more can be said or done.
Its not a solution , i am logged in with the correct account , and i synced it so many times , but nothing gets it on the new phone
So how does the support can't solve that ?
