save game

I just downloaded the game again, but it doesn't use my old save game. I have to start all over again? I don't have a backup of it

greeting,

Wesley

Are you playing on a PC platform?

If so, launch Origin and go to your Library.

From there, click on the Need for Speed Image and the [i] button for more details.

Depending on how you are saving your progress you can restore your Saved Game (local) or Enable the Cloud if you have saved your game in the cloud.

Alright start by launching the game in windowed mode.

Launch Origin, then click play and use this shortcut: Control + Alt + Enter

If you are not experiencing crashes, then you just need to adjust your screen resolution.

If the issue persists, make sure your graphic card driver is up to date.

Also, close your background programs and Disable UAC. (Instructions found in this article)

Basically ithis is a crash to desktop.

First of all, Update Graphics Driver. Then Close Background Tasks. I'd recommend a clean boot, The Clean Boot process disables many background tasks that may be causing interference. Then launch the game only. How to Clean Boot your PC or Mac

You should also try launching the game in windowed mode.Launch Origin, then click play and use this shortcut: Control + Alt + Enter

If you are not experiencing crashes, then you just need to adjust your screen resolution.

Finally, Disable UAC. (Instructions available in this article)

    Hope this helps.
