Shifting in need for speed most wanted 2012

Can u select between manual and automatic transmissions,  or is it like hot pursuit  where your stuck with automatic only?

    There are no options in game to enable manual gearing in most wanted.

    (missing a gear during an epic chase could be costly.)

I have a problem with Need for Speed Most Wanted and Hot Pursuit. The shifting. I can't change the gears manualy. In all car games I have(5) only 3 have manual transmission(only 4 of them are NFS). Please update those 2 games and  add the manual transmission.

I have PS3.
