Single Player reset after DLC Install (PS3)

The other night I downloaded the Ultimate Speed Pack for Need for Speed Most Wanted on the PS3.  After the download and install, my story mode (single player) was completely reset.  I no longer had any of my jack spots, mods, or most wanted list beaten.  My online profile however does recognize how many jack spots I have unlocked, the times for my races, and other things.  It is just annoying to have it all recognized, but be restarting with nothing.  I would like to have this issue resolved.  Thank you.  This is for the PS3 by the way.
