- How many other devices are on your network? Usually a couple of phones.
- Any other downloads / streaming going on during gameplay? Nope.
- How often does the upload fail? It has never worked.
- What is your internet connection speed? DL 6.3 Mbps UL 0.40Mbps
- Who is your ISP, from which region are you? ISP is Telecom Italia and I am in Italy (GMT +1)
- Are your ports opened? All ports highlighted in the connection troubleshooting guide you posted are open, I enabled uPNP, also all ports UDP and TCP are open from XB1 static IP address to outside.
- What are the results of a console network test? Tests OK.
- What other connection troubleshooting steps have you taken? No trouble.
When I press Xbox One -R- button, the snapshot error popup immediately ! So, could not be an internet issue, and also I use uPNP.
Those are the ports we need to open from XB1 to the Internet (outgoing ports UDP/TCP). I forwarded ALL of them but I got the same issue !!!
