When I click the button on my Xbox one controller to take a snapshot it clicks but says snapshot upload failed I don't know what to do. What should I do?

I have the exact same problem, its strange how old this topic almost when the game was new. Bought this game couple of days ago and playing it ever since.
I am facing same issue game is 11% done and I have 0 snapshots tried taking through the camera mod and every time I get "Snapshot upload failed" message.
Platform: PC
Windows: 10
Bought from: Origin
Internet Connection: DL speed 3.6Mbps UL speed 2.3Mbps
Devices on network: 5 mobile phones and 1 my PC.
Downloading on going: NO
110% sure this is not user side issue, how big is a snapshot in size? Hardly 1mb file? It's not a network problem. Fix your issues. @EA
