why should they be ?
i can't say how many of them are or aren't in singleplayer a few of them are 1:1 in singleplayer and at least some are in singleplayer but longer, so if you want to train ? you could make your own "finish line" at that spot and look what time you had for example.
i would like the other way arround more there are a few technical tracks i would love to see in speedlist, i would also like that they remove those boring tracks like engine warmer, if i want to drive straight i can do drag races.
