Speedwall not loading

I recently got in contact with support about this issue and went through all of the troubleshooting steps. 
(resetting router, opening all ports, flusing DNS etc etc)
It ended with running UO trace and posting the results in a case (Case: 36020312)
It was then referred to a "specialist team" and i was told to post here by the chat advisor.

The problem is that the speedwall will not load when ingame, and after finishing a race the "speedwall loading" message is stuck on the screen which will not let me join any other races unless i either exit out the game or teleport somewhere. I play this game with 4 friends and we all have the same problem.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
