speedwall scoring

for some reason EA decided to have three speedwalls "firestarter" "payback" and "rivals". my payback game was using payback speedwall and a few rivals. after playing multiplayer, when I went back to single player all of my speed walls are now saying firestarter. my name is no longer showing in my speed walls and all activities are saying "no record set". there is no way to get back my payback speedwell! I have restarted the game and progessed thru lvl 50 and all activities are at 100%.  I have a score of 1250/1250 and my speedwalls are still firestarters but I do have one rivals speedwall with one person that I do not know....which is ok, since rivals is showing the world (all players, not just friends) but my friends are not listed on that speedwall. EA support and help is useless, turning in error reports doesn't work and bug reports are the same. all this data comes from origin and when I have origin in online mode and payback in offline mode, I have my records showing on all activities but all events shows " must be online to show scores". when I click "go online" in payback it says that origin is syncing and all of my info disappears.
