Some really cool styles here. See this is why I say having the ability in payback to do this is great. It allows us to share our diverse styles through a common car interest.
That was really cool. I love how you gave the car character by writing a cool story / back history for it. I think the same way .
I call my virtual Payback garage 2gPerformance . " We specialize in all forms of customization and racing."
Thanks for the compliment! Do you have a logo for 2gPerformance? - I created an in-game logo for Twisted Mettle Designs... In fact, it has evolved several times. I'll have to upload better pictures of it soon.
I don't care for Multiplayer, so I'm sure we haven't met online. But keep uploading cool pics!
- Anonymous8 years agoGuys, its a good idea to open these images in a new tab (in case you wanna see a car more clearly). You can see them in its original size. Some of you may know that already.

You know I never really thought about making one. Now you have me thinking I need to dust off my Photo Shop mediocre skills.
I think the same as you do. I always like to have a little bit of imagination to go with my immersion. Over on another post i started a thing where i was writing a story about the 2gPerformance shop looking for a rare Hemi Cuda and finding one in New Haven. Had an imaginative write up like you did. but it wasn't as cool or in detail like you just did but of the same mind set . Origin story - In the real world I used to be a automotive tech and I helped my friend who raced his Maita with all the mechanical stuff and we always joked about trying to get the car to pull 2 G s on the skid pad at the track . Hence the nick name for my garage here at my house. Always used it as my fictional performance shop name ever since . When ever friends need work done to their car it was the going joke to say Id check the shops schedule lol. Never hurts to dream a little with payback right . Here is the car I did the work on in action. Pretty much swapped all suspension with race items. Car was a magnet and won its class. This car and others started the 2g Performance nick name . 🙂 Anyways back to the car show and please do share your logo. Cheers !
- 8 years ago^^^ Cool story and sweet little Miata!
I was tied up last night but may be able to turn the game on and take some more shots tonight, we'll see- 8 years ago
Okay here's some examples of my logo:
Here's the smaller version on the front of the same Fairlady:
^^^ Here's my brand incorporated into a wrap on the side of my Raptor.
Why "Twisted Mettle?" Well, I live in an area that has seen more tornadoes than nearly any other part of the world. "Mettle" is just a play on words. I thought it was clever at least 😉
Here's an example on my Q60 Runner car - It's a little more subtle:
Another of the small version on my 242:
This post was mainly about the logo, but as you can see I have several more cars to share in more detail down the road...
