startup problem Autolog

Help please I can not log into Autolog when I start the game it writes connections to the Autolog servers then everything disappears the sign in the left upper needle is displayed NFS blinks somewhere 3 times and then writes that it was not possible to connect the game the license bought in Stema and in EA it is registered help who can I myself do not know what to do and on the sites I watched not that does not help.
