Your system is definitely not the issue. Have you tried talking with EA support?
I have, and they told me to make a forum post about the issue, other than that I just get the same response over and over linking me to a general article in which I've already tried every suggestion in it, multiple times.
I wish I could provide you with more feedback, but this is something that I usually don't encounter. Maybe try starting one more case with EA support.
