Steam version isn't visible on EA app while it was on Origin app
Hi.
I got the game "Need For Speed: Heat" via Amazon's "Prime Gaming" and it was added to my origin account.
It was standard edition without any dlcs.
"Keys to the map" became free once and i added it to my account and it was ok too.
Later on i wanted to own the deluxe edition but as it wasn't on a discount on origin, i saw the sale on steam where the deluxe edition was on sale (including base game.)
i bought it on steam and i already had my steam account linked to origin.
So when i was on my origin library, i could see two "Need For Speed: Heat"s and first one was the standard edition i got from Amazon and the second one was the Deluxe Edition i bought from steam.
Everything was ok until switching to EA app started.
Although i liked the design of EA app, i must say it has a lot of bugs.
But i still think this is an amazing launcher you guys made. It is really quick.
The thing is i can't see two Need For Speed Heat games right now and only the one i got from Amazon is visible right now.
And no, they didn't merge (they have no reason to neither)
I'm supposed to have a standard and a deluxe edition i got from different platforms but all i can see is the standard edition one from Amazon.
I tried reinstalling the app and logged back in but that didn't work.
I talked to CS and they guided me to restore the app and then reinstall the app but that did nothing as well.
I have been finally guided to here to make a post about it to try to fix my problem.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks.
- @lunight13 To confirm currently Steam and EGS do not integrate with the EA App, so if you purchased a game or dlc from either client they will not appear in the newer client.
