I think most people in this thread forget major things.
since NFS had its major identity crisis NFS has always had to try and please everyone. they had to please the people who loved most wanted 2012, they have to please the people who loved the underground series, and they have to please the people who like the run or even pro street. and I think they are doing a good job at doing this by having 2 different physics models. and I can tell you there is absolutely no way these new physics can suck with all the information we have there is just no way for them to suck. let me explain a bit further.
so the F132, we all know about it, but I don't think all of us have driven it based on this entire thread complaining about physics. the F132 had AMAZING physics in comparison to everything in the entire game. of course, they weren't really as refined as they could have been, but thats only because the F132 was an early revision of new physics. the physics for the F132 were likely there to give players an early version of what paybacks physics are going to be like (so the players would not just up an leave). my logical thinking on this is that there is no way that the car with the latest version of the physics in 2015 gets completely scrapped and replaced for the inferior physics from the cars that were in the game from launch in 2015. now yes perhaps they should have shown us the grip physics first, but whatever they can't do anything about that. we know there is more gameplay likely coming on the 18th or the 25th, but id say that it will be the 18th because the NFS twitter said they were recording gameplay a few days ago. and other posts by devs of the game said there would be more gameplay before the end of July.
I'm not telling you to go out and pre order the game, I'm telling you to at least give Ghost Games a chance this is only their second full game. and they are really passionate about what they are doing. you can hear it in their voice you can see it in all the game with all the features the fans want being added. just give them the chance.
