Stuck at Signing in to Ea Servers Screen

Whenever I try to play NFS Rivals on my PS4 I cannot sign in to Ea servers it loops infinetly at the '' Signing in to Ea Servers . Please wait... '' part . Please help me cant even play the game like...

    From the PS4 main screen >settings>PSN. Logout from your PSN account. Then restart NFSR. This way you can skip online features and play local.

I try this but then when I go back on the game it forces me to log back in and then I have the same problem again is it because I bought it if the playstation store?
