Can you provide the system you're on?
XBOX ONE
Was alll sharing local to one system? If so, how many accounts played Heat and how many were affected?
I GAME SHARE WITH ONE OTHER PERSON, OTHER PERSON HAS NOT/DID NOT DOWNLOAD NFS:HEAT
Did you game share by logging into a friend's system? If so, was this with just one friend or more? Is it in one location or more?
SEE ABOVE - DIFFERENT LOCATION
Do you have multiple consoles you play on locally.
NO ONLY ONE XBOX
Alternatively, if you've never shared the game and have a single account on a single system, that may also help.
Any information you can provide will help with looking into this.

@MERIJUANACAN69 ADDITIONAL INFO FOR POST ABOVE

-All progress, and RP seems to be missing as well.

-Game Share partner has indicated that they DID download NFS:Heat, but the game has not been played by partner.

- Been checking daily/weekly now to see if the game has been updated

- uninstalled game and corresponding DLC’s/PreOrder Bonuses, upon reinstallation game still did not work

- Erased my profile saved game file with no change.
